Welcome to the LHBA’s Spring Parade of Homes!

The Lawrence Home Builders Association cordially invites you to tour the homes featured on the 2004 Spring Parade of Homes. The tour dates are April 26 & 27 and May 3 & 4.

Our semi-annual homes tour provides a great opportunity to view the latest features and products, as well as the quality construction of the builder members of the LHBA. Many builders will be on hand during the tour and are eager to visit with you about designing and building your dream home. 

Homeownership is the foundation of family security, stability, and prosperity. It is a crucial component in our nation’s economy because of the industry’s nearly complete reliance on local labor and raw materials. New home construction and remodeling provides millions of jobs and generates billions of dollars in wages and tax revenue each year. In Douglas County alone, new home construction and remodeling provides nearly 2,000 jobs.

Our members are active in the community and the Lawrence Home Builders Association regularly donates labor and financial resources to a number of worthwhile projects. We encourage you to do business with them – they represent the best in the area!
